The Department of Interior (DOI) has awarded Spry Methods a comprehensive, performance-based task order to provide Information Management and Assurance Program Support (IMAPS). DOI maintains a robust and mature IT infrastructure and provides advanced, highly functional, and continually improving technical services to support the business operations of DOI and its customers. Spry will provide information management and assurance program support to include: risk management; information system security continuous monitoring; privacy; records management; and FOIA activities.
“Spry Methods has been selected to support DOI as they embark on this next phase of strengthening their cyber security posture. DOI looks to improve the organization’s overall cyber security skillset in line with the Risk Management Framework and providing agile and proactive services where security is considered at the project’s inception and not tacked on at the end.”, said Lori James, Spry’s Chief Cyber Security Officer. “Our support will help to maintain and safeguard critical IT infrastructure, systems and data, and provide a comprehensive set of information security support services that balance business needs with security risks while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.”
