Spry Awarded Bureau of Reclamation Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Support Contract

The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) has awarded Spry Methods Inc (Spry) a contract to provide Information System Security Officer (ISSO) services.  Under this contract, Spry will support USBR in performing continuous monitoring of security controls, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing and maintaining compliance with Federal cybersecurity and related privacy requirements on multiple systems to maintain their operational cybersecurity posture.

This award will enable Spry to continue its support to USBR mission, provide assessment and evaluations of numerous Reclamation systems, and help streamline security requirements and produce efficient and useful methodologies for USBR.

“Our team is honored to continue to provide the necessary support to help the Enterprise Operations as the central IT service provider to USBR,” says Jason Gebert, Director of Cyber Services. “Our expert team is dedicated to performing the information system services for several security boundaries, including FedRAMP cloud-hosted applications, and developing the strategy and alignment of security and ITIL practices across the organization.”
