As part of our company wellness program here at Spry, we love to have our employees keep fit and moving! What better way to do that than to pair our fitness goals with a charitable cause that the whole Spry Family can get involved with? On June 6th, Spry Methods sponsored and participated in the Empowering Action 5k Run & Walk, which included a 5K race, casual walk, kids fun run, and live music festival. After the race, the Spry Family enjoyed the rest of the day on location at Seneca Creek State Park, a beautiful park by the lake where we were able to have a picnic and relax in the sun. We appreciate everyone who volunteered and participated to make this a fun family event and support this very worthy cause!
