Spry Expands its Executive Management Team with the Addition of Mark Gadomski as Senior Vice President of Operations, SPAWAR Atlantic

Mark Gadomski SVPSpry Methods, Inc., a leading small business provider of Information Technology, Financial Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Management Consulting, and Lean Transformation to the DoD and Federal agencies, has hired Mark Gadomski as Senior Vice President of Operations.

“Spry’s continued growth and strong finish in 2011 has positioned the company to make significant investments in our greatest asset-People,” said Ted Ahn, Co‐President and CEO of Spry. “Our commitment to expand our presence within DoD is critical to our next phase of growth, and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC LANT) is equally critical to that presence. We are tremendously blessed to have Mark join our family, as his tenure and leadership within the SSC LANT community is unparalleled.” Ed Kim, Co‐President & CEO added: “Mark’s reputation within the SSC LANT community exemplifies leadership and integrity. To have Mark as part of our Executive Team allows us to continue to expand our presence and service offerings not only within SSC LANT, but also NAVAIR. Mark will support our development and growth in critical categories with emphasis in C5ISR Systems Engineering and Cyber Security Support, while leveraging Spry’s existing competencies in IT, Financial Management, Lean Transformation, and ERP.”

“What attracted me to Spry is their corporate culture of candor and commitment to responsiveness,” said Gadomski. “It quickly became apparent to me that these commitments did not end with their customers, but extended to the needs of employees and partners. Obviously it was also very important to me that Spry has tremendous growth potential, but just as important to me was their proven total long – term commitment to Charleston and SSC Atlantic. Spry’s approach to Charleston from the beginning was to invest in establishing a firm foundation, and to become a valuable member of local defense community. All Spry’s actions from their very first visit to Charleston have proven their commitment to the local community and SSC LANT.”

Mark was most recently Vice President of Business Development, C4IT/SPAWAR Atlantic Account Manager for SAIC for 7 years. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, his 39‐year career includes tenures at Unisys, Tracor, Pacer Infotec/Averstar/Titan, and Imagine One Technology & Management. “My goal is to help Spry grow into a successful large business while maintaining the key attributes that made them the great small business they are today” said Gadomski. “Spry’s solid foundations and core values based upon responsiveness, sound management, and putting their employees first positions Spry to be one of the truly great future large businesses, not only in relation to the Defense industry, but across all industries.”
